Bio:
Tricia is a certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) by the Society for Human Resources Management, and is currently working for the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality as an Employment Class Manager where she plans, organizes and direct the recruitment function to service the state agency.
Before working for the state of Arizona, she worked in a Human Resources capacity in the manufacturing industry, first at Honeywell as a writer of policies and procedures, and as a Human Resources Manager for a semiconductor company here in the valley. Prior to that she was the Human Resources Director for a school district.
