Unless you’ve been hiding under a rock somewhere, you’ve heard about the G-20 coming to Pittsburgh. At least a couple people have made the observation that it’s odd that I haven’t said anything to speak of about it here. And right now, I’m not really saying much either.

I’m more interested in what others are thinking. Particularly on Twitter, I’ve been noticing some dissatisfaction with current press coverage on the preparations for the summit - most notably, the continual reports about “doomsday” scenarios.

Twitter is fairly limited when it comes to saying what one really thinks, so if you have an opinion about the upcoming summit, I’d like to hear from you. Are you worried about people raising hell in town? Are you upset with your employer for making you come to work (or shutting down for a couple days)? Is the information on public transit meeting your needs? Do you think everyone’s just blowing the whole situation out of proportion? You plan on going (why or why not)? You think the city is engaging in scare tactics? Whatever is on your mind…

And in answer to why I’m asking - I’m hoping to create a “one-stop-shopping” piece on gearing up for G-20 (and it’s not for this blog.) So, if you feel you’re not being heard on something to do with the G-20, take a few moments and speak your mind here!
